The hardest part is getting through the door, join us for your free session and you will leave with some valuable knowledge that you can use straight away. There is no pressure to return unless you wish to continue training with us.

We currently train four times a week across two venues as listed below, giving both adults and kids the chance to train twice a week:
- Monday (adults): 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Wednesday (Kids): 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Friday (adults): 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday (all welcome): 10:30 AM – 12:30 AM
